As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee.
Will be charged the full cost of the treatment. All fees will be out of pocket expense.
If you are late, we can offer you a shortened service so the next client's treatment is not affected.
Alternatively, we will gladly re-schedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service.
