We are pleased to offer direct billing for Massage Therapy to most major extended health benefit providers. Insurance information will be collected during your first visit to help make the claims process as smooth as possible.
*Please note that some extended health benefit companies require a Physician's Referral for Massage Therapy. You will need to contact them to find out. If this is the case, you must submit the referral to your benefit company (not us) prior to your massage treatment date allowing adequate processing time.

We do not offer direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross. If you are covered by Alberta Blue Cross, we will provide an official receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE BENEFIT PLAN, WE CAN ONLY BILL TO THE PRIMARY PLAN.
Any remaining balance must be paid by the client and submitted to the secondary plan for reimbursement.. There are exceptions to this:
- If your secondary plan is Blue Cross Medavie, or Green-shield.
